...if the ATF gets their way.

The ATF is trying to tie "legality" to "sporting use." They're trying to implement regulations that make shotguns with rails for attachments such as flashlights, or telescoping stocks or foregrips or high capacity magazines, etc., as not appropriate for sporting use, therefore illegal. What? Where in the 2nd Amendment, or anywhere else in the Constitution does it talk about "sporting use?"

Also, if you want to submit a comment to the ATF, you must give them your full name and address. :yikes:

i am not worried about this point because i haven't any king of gun. But i am advising to you that if you are some king of legend person and you have to take care of your self about some kind of threats that you should carry a gun. For this first you have to bought a licence.

And I have no gray matter between my ears

The Missus and I own a Mossberg 500 Chainsaw with 240 lumen light - exactly what they're trying to outlaw. We've already found that only one range in our area allows it to be fired as it was intended (from the waist) and most won't let it be fired at all because of the pistol grip.

Ah yes, the evil pistol grip. Maybe if you paint it in something cheerfull and non threatening, but that would not be as much fun much less tactical.
