    New Powder Measure

I'm looking to get a new powder measure for my Lee turret press. I currently have the lee disk thrower but finding it's not always as precise as I would like. I did some research and read really good things about the Lyman powder measure. Anyone have experience? Good upgrade?

Geez, do I HAVE to buy the same thing that everyone else here has? Just because it works and it's cheaper than what I was looking at... geez. There you go. Saving me money and hassle. How will I learn if you never let me make my own mistakes?!?!

John.... it works and works well. Over time I have read about leaking drum measures but most all of these had to do with flashing material that was not fully removed (excess material/ridges leftover from the molding process) on the black piece. A little smoothing with some 800 grit paper or finer resolved their issues.

See TuxAir is my Guinea Pig. Once he tast the food and doesn't die, I eat it.

Now John you're following the path I followed. Kinda like the commercial "Mikie likes it."

I ordered it shortly after RC's recommendation from Midway and it's already showing as shipped. Just waiting on the UPS pickup. That's quick!!!

    Re: New Powder Measure

came in earlier this week. Definitely like it better than the disk measure. Measures my bullseye powder more accurately at least and stays clear of the primer dispenser so I don't have any interference. You guys are awesome
