SC takes up domestic violence gun ban

The US Supreme Court heard arguments to determine whether all domestic violence offenders should be banned from owning firearms. The current Fed law only bans firearms if physical force was used..

Edit. How can it be domestic "violence" if no physical force was involved. I guess it is all in how one defines violence? To me, it's a no brainer and no guns.

Those investigators that found he was illegally trafficking guns should be the ones to investigate "Fast & Furious". Maybe they'd do a better job than whoever is in charge now.

He was convicted of "causing bodily harm". How do you do that without getting physically violent? Maybe used poison? So that means he'd stop short of using a gun?
