    Reloading Supplies

I've read youse guys posts about scarcity of reloading supplies, particularly primers & powder. Found this link on another forum about a place in north Texas that has ammo without the outrageous pricing, but a 2 box limit, & according to the poster, a good offering of reloading supplies. Any of you north Texans heard of them?

This man and his wife are two of the nicest people you can meet. They also have an absolutely beautiful store. The front of the store is a really nice and high end antique shop that she runs, In the back of the store he runs a very very nice gun shop. I have done business with them and he is a real gentleman who did me a major favor and probably doesn't even remember. He's that kind of a nice person he does nice things just because they're the right thing to do. You can do business with both the Whitmires and know that they will treat you right. The store is right downtown Whitesboro, TX.

it would be awesome if someone could pick up orders for multiple people...that way we could just work the product further out as needed.

    Eliminator,
If you are ok to do some shopping for us there, the price are right and items available, I am interested in small primers (pistols and rifle). I'll give you cash and gas money and will be glad to offer you a drink to talk about Thunder 9 Pros :-)

I also would like some small pistol primers and small rifle primers. Depends on how much they are though!

I bought my ACII from these guys at the Ft Worth Gun Show, nice people IIRC. Whitesboro is about 1.5 hours from me according to Google Maps.....I may have to make a road trip.

Have not had a response to my email to them and the website does not offer any ordering options.

While we are on the subject of supplies....I have a partial lb of Varget and a partial lb of CFE223 that I don't need since I'm not reloading .223 any more. Hazmat fees would make it prohibitive to ship, but if anyone is/will be in my area, let me know and maybe we can make a trade.

Lead is always a good trading item, I'm also looking for .308 bullets of 160gr or less. I need a 1" riser for an AR, a single-point AR sling, and a sling adaptor for an AR that fits between the castle nut and the lower over the buffer tube. Other than that, I'm also open to other suggestions.

That shop is just a few miles from AmericanGirl01, I wonder what her experience is with them (if any)?
