Well, I finally had a chance today, to tackle my Wood Grip Project, for my New Bersa 380 Plus that I picked up Thursday. I purchased a Very Good Used Set of Wood Grips off of EBAY, for a Bersa Model 85.

Using three different Bits on a Dremel Tool, I was easily able to Modify the areas on the Wood Grips, to allow them to fit on my 380 Plus. I used the #1 Setting on my Dremel, so it would be Slow-Speed, and not get away from me.
