After 7 trips to the range & 450 rds, the llama has yet to malfunction. However I have to be fanatic about field stripping & cleaning even after 50 rds. Also am using Mobil 1, very sparingly, plus gun grease on the locking lugs, just a dab. Seems like this cured the "bang-ka-chunk bang-ka-chunk" sound it made from getting dirty. Have to tighten screws on the plunger tube often and use rem or wwb 230 gr ball. This was all due to advice from folks right here in the forum and in the other Bersa forum
